A Study on the Fish Chromosomal Heterochromatin

Abstract
|

|
The objectives of this study were to analyse chromosomal karyotype for rainbow trout (Oncorhynehus mykiss) and some problems of cytogenetics were presented.
Cell activity of blood with 100 rainbow trout(Oncorhynehus mykiss) were examined.
Blood cell had a good activity in TC-199 with 5% PHA. The shape of erythrocyte was effectively analysed with Wright staining.
Heteroduromatin in centromere region was successfully analysed wide C-banding staing.
